I started making chocolate in 2016 because I couldn’t find any dairy-free chocolate on the market that I really loved. It was a complete career change for me, and represented a huge challenge as I had no prior experience of the food industry. Following exhaustive research and a few training courses, I ultimately devised my own chocolate recipe.

The chocolate is made with raw organic cacao nibs, raw unrefined organic cane sugar, raw organic cacao butter, and organic coconut milk powder. The chocolate is handmade in Ireland using ethically sourced ingredients of the highest quality. The organic cacao products are from the finest Peruvian Criollo beans. Only 3% of the world's chocolate is made with these beans!
My packaging is fully compostable so it is a zero-waste product. The inner wrappers are made from NatureFlex, a plant-based film that can be heat sealed to ensure freshness. The outer boxes are made from FSC-certified board that is printed with vegetable-based ink using wind-powered printing machines!
